What goes through a person's mind sometimes?

I know, I know. I haven't writen in a while. So here you go!
I was driving home from work one day, STARVING I might add and there is this McDonalds on my way home. Now I don't normally go to this discusting place, but I was so hungry I was shaking and was having a hard time driving home, so I went there. I went through the drive through and this is what I clearly ordered. I said " I would like two snack wraps a med. fry and a diet dr pepper." The lady said what kid of snack wraps would you like? I said, " crispy ranch" I saw my order on the screen and it said 1 diet dr pepper, 1 med fry, 1 crisp snack wrap. I said no, no I would like two crispy snack wraps please, so she put on another one. Why am I telling you this you ask? well here I'll tell you. So I get up to the window and the girl asks me if I want a drink holder. I said no and thought to myself "Why in the world would I want a drink holder for one drink?" well she begins to hand me a sprit and a dr pepper. I said no I didn't order a sprit, so she took it back and gave me the other one. then she asked for my money and I said no that isn't enough I explained to her that I order two crispy snack wraps. so she rang me up the difference for the sprit and the snack wrap. She gave me my bag. It had two snack wraps in it. I looked back up to her and said where are my fries I ordered. She said oh I'm sorry I didn't know you ordered fries the manager didn't put them on. so she gave me my frys for free. I thanked her and precedded to drive away. I opened the bag and noticed that I had two grilled chicken wraps not crispy ranch. I went right back through the drive through and got to the window. I said, "You don't want me to eat today do you?" I explained to her that I had the wrong order yet again. So the lady that took my order(a manager) came out and said, "what seems to be the problem mam" I said well you see when you took my order I ordered two crispy ranch snack wraps, a med fry and a med diet dr pepper. You gave me one snack wrap a sprit and a dr pepper. Now who in their write mind would order two different drinks for them selves. Then I said no I ordered two snack wraps and you gave me the wrong ones. I want two crispy ranch and a med fry not sprit. and my dr pepper isn't diet. what if I had diepetes? You could have sent me into a sugar colma. My order isn't hard. I didn't ask for any subsitutes or any additives. it is simple two crispy ranch snack wraps, 1 med fry and 1 med diet dr pepper. to make a really long story shorter, I got my meal for free and the manager go in trouble. not to mention she was totally nasty with me and I kept my cool.

I don't understand that person's thought process. they weren't, busy there was only one other car infront of me and yet she was uncomprehensive and runing around like a chicken with it's head cut off. Man I don't get it!

I have never had my order messed up so much before. How do people live their lives like that? always brain dead.
